This week we speak to female founder Alex Slater from Candidly. We speak about their new platform which is shaking up how hiring can be done for for scale ups and startups. We also speak about the huge disparity in funding for female lead teams.
About Alex: After 15 years in HRtech, largely in Sales Leadership positions, Alex (together with co-founder Hannah) decided to launch Candidly, an end-to-end SaaS recruitment platform, during a global pandemic. They have learnt first-hand about building technology as non-tech founders, and have tackled the world of fundraising as female tech founders. Now, they have a product which is live and their focus is on making recruitment better, faster and fairer for startups and scaleups.
